1) Marketplace agrees FusionMart.com (Lovelylust.com) is not responsible for any actions/lack of actions from 3rd parties that have been hired to perform their services (example Delivery companies including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc)

​2) Marketplace agrees their customers will provide FusionMart.com in $2,000 US in daily orders. This immediately comes into effect when Policy One (above) is violated. 

​3) Violations of any our of policies will result in penalties as determined by FusionMart.com.
